How We Do It

Eleviant’s policy transaction automation bot opens the email and downloads the policy transaction report. It logs in to your agency management system, searches for each policy in the report, validates the data available in the line of business, and updates annualized/estimated premium and commission values based on the data available on the downloaded report. The bot completes the process by selecting the account manager’s name and primary producer in PR/BR and notifying the account manager once all the transactions are completed.
